1) Choose your pen
Start
with any pen category. Use our drop down box search filters at the top
of every category page to help narrow down your search.
2) Choose the color(s) of your the pen
You
can choose one color or an assortment of colors. If you want a certain
number of particular colors of promotional pens, let us know in the
comment section of the order page.
3) Choose the imprint color(s) of your pen
If
the pen you choose is available with a multi-color imprint, please
choose multi-color imprint and let us know what the colors will be in
the comment section of your order. If you have a specific PMS color(s)
for your imprint, please let us know in the order comments.
4) Choose line imprint, logo or line imprint and logo.
If
you are adding a logo it is free of charge. Please email us the logo
to orders@mypromotionalpens.com after you have completed your checkout.
Once you complete your checkout, you will be given an order number.
Put the order number in the subject line of your email. We prefer a
vector eps file. If a vector eps is not available, a 300 dpi or greater
raster image (jpg,bitmap,png,tiff) will work. If neither of those is
available, send us what you have and we'll see if we can work with it.
If nothing else, send us to your website to look at. We commonly pull
usable images and copy fonts from customer websites. Note that our
artists are professionals and have tons of experience in setting up art
for promotional pens. If you would like to use a particular font and/or
would like to make layout suggestions, please feel free to let us know
in the comment section of the order page.
5) Choose whether or not you want to receive an emailed virtual proof.
This
will have a picture of the pen ordered and your artwork. It will come
to you via email in a pdf format usually within hours of ordering. We
DO NOT charge your card or move forward with your order in any way until
you approve your art proof. This is our personalized pens risk free
guarantee! If you wish to see a proof of your custom pens prior to
ordering, please send us an email to orders@mypromotionalpens.com with
the pen(s) you would like to see a proof of and the imprint text and/or
logo and we'll have a proof to you usually within hours.
6) Choose line imprint
Let
us know what text that you want printed on your promotional pens. This
is in addition to any logo you may be submitting. If you would like to
use a particular font and suggest a particular size, please do so in
the order comments section. Our artists are very experienced and will
typically set your art up with the title being larger and bold and the
rest being smaller and less prominent. Almost 100% of the time,
customers are very satisfied with leaving it up to our artist to layout
the art for your personalized pens. You can always leave it up to us
and make changes once you receive your proof.
7) Add general comments and/or instructions
Add
any special order instructions including any date that you need your
order by, art instructions, and any special circumstance that you may
have discussed with one of our representative.
8) Choose your quantity
There
are significant price breaks usually given after the first column on
almost all of our custom pens, unless the pens are on sale. then they
are already at a rock bottom price. You can qualify for free ground
shipping for any order of personalized pens over $100 within the
continental U.S. It usually pays off to order to get free shipping.
