Can I see a physical sample and what is your policy?

A: Absolutely. While a picture provides valuable information, having a physical sample allows a more comprehensive understanding. We offer physical samples for your thorough examination.

Generic Samples:

• These samples may carry random imprints and can be of assorted varieties.
• The factory might not provide specific imprint colors. If a printed product isn't available, you might receive an un-imprinted one.
• You can request specific product colors.
• If a sample order exceeds $3.00, you'll be charged the minimum product price plus freight. Provide a UPS or FedEx account number to cover shipping fees.
• Sample orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the same day, while those received after this time ship the next day. Please note, samples cannot be ordered over the phone.
• If we can't fulfill your request, we'll inform you within 24 hours.
• For shipments outside the continental US and Canada, either use a third-party shipping account or bear the freight charges. Delays can occur if the shipping account isn't provided immediately.
• Please note: We can only ship to PO boxes via USPS. Our carriers include UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Spec Sample & Pre-Production Proof:

• This is a sample of the product with your specific imprint.
• The charge varies per product. Please call or chat with us for pricing.
• If you proceed with a bulk order, this sample fee is credited to your order. Otherwise, it's non-refundable.
• Typically, most products are ready in 3 to 5 working days.
• Please ensure accuracy in approvals. The factory isn't responsible for errors in approved proofs. Your approval confirms the product's readiness for production.
