    3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. Once the defect is confirmed, we'll guide you through the return process.

    4. Refunds/Replacements: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we'll either refund the purchase amount or produce a fresh batch of products at no additional cost to you, based on your preference.


    Pre-Purchase Assurance Options:

    1. Free Generic Samples: We offer free generic samples of our products before purchase. This allows you to assess the product's quality and ensures it meets your expectations.

    2. Free Virtual Proofs: Before going into production, we provide free virtual proofs for your approval. This ensures the design and look of the product align with your requirements.

    3. Pre-Production Sample: If you want an added layer of assurance, we can produce a pre-production sample - a single item printed as per your specifications. The sample will be shipped to you for approval before producing the entire order. Note:  Opting for a pre-production sample might add to the production timeline.
